Police want you to see this video of Fan vandalism suspect

RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police released video of a man wanted for vandalizing property near South Davis Avenue and Cary Street in the Fan. The vandalism reports were made on Friday, July 15.

“Witnesses reported several trucks and fencing with graffiti in the area,” a Richmond Police spokesperson said. “At the time of the incident, he was riding a street bike with a flat rack and was possibly wearing a bike courier backpack. He fled the scene heading toward Robinson Street.”

Police described the suspect as a white male with dark hair and a possible beard. He is approximately 18 to 22 years old, 5’8” to 5’10” in height and weighs approximately 160 to 180 pounds.
