RICHMOND, Va. - In the Commonwealth, if parents are unmarried at the time of their child's birth, that child will not have a father listed on their birth certificate unless steps are taken to add it. Michelle Wills , the Outreach and Training Specialist for the Virginia Paternity Establishment Program, stopped by the studio to share how VPEP is working to change that with the “Add the Dad” initiative.
