‘Possible threat’ prompts room-by-room search at Henrico school

RICHMOND, Va. – Teaching a child in your life the importance of daily exercise, healthy living and good nutrition is key and will carry over into adulthood.  Endorphin Fitness presents the 5th Annual Youth Triathlon. Christopher Campbell from the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls was joined by Michael Harlow from Endorphin Fitness along with 9-year old participant, Maddie Fisher.  There is an optional training camp that takes place the week before the event starting on Monday, August 15th and running through Friday, August 19th to help participants prepare for the event. The race kicks off on Saturday, August 20th on the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls campus at 6 am. For more information you can visit http://www.vhbg.org
