UPDATE: All lanes reopened by 4:45 a.m.
RICHMOND, Va. -- Multiple lanes were closed on I-95 southbound at mile marker 75 due to an overturned tractor-trailer carrying 70,000 pounds of metal links. The left and center southbound lanes were closed due to the crash near I-64 east. The northbound left lane is also closed at the same location.
Virginia State Police said the crash occurred around 9:20 p.m.
There were no injuries in the crash.
VDOT warns drivers to expect delays while cleanup continues.
