Police said that Daniel Lorenzo Crews was intoxicated at the time the crime occurred, Tuesday afternoon.
"The loss prevention for the company contacted us and said that they observed a male in the checkout line taking pictures with a cellphone up a victim's skirt,” said Lt. Chris Eley, with Henrico Police."And at the time of the incident, he was actually intoxicated."
Lt. Eley said that during the alleged crime the victim had no idea it was happening.
Crews is behind bars with no bond, and declined a request for an interview. He goes back to court in September.
