Summer Grilled Fruit Skewers
with Coconut Honey Sauce
Ingredients:
Sauce:
1 Tbsp Coconut
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Fruit for Kabobs:
Pineapple
Banana
Apricot
Peaches
Apple
Angel Food Cake or Pound Cake
Pre-soaked Skewers
Directions:
Place all ingredients of sauce in bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Cut desired fruit in one inch cubes.
Cut Angel Food Cake or Pound Cake in one inch cubes. Assemble the Skewers with cake cubes and desired fruit. Brush sauce over Skewers. Place on foil on grill. Grill on each side for 3-4mins.
Brush lightly with more sauce and serve warm.
