RICHMOND, Va. – Traffic is stalled on I-95 northbound and southbound near the Boulevard (mile marker 78) due to a crash.
The right and center lanes are closed northbound with a backup of five miles. There is also a one mile backup southbound beginning at the same location.
VDOT advises drivers to continue to expect delays.
