Chef K’s Wasabi Pea Salad
1 lb Frozen Peas, thawed in medium mixing bowl
¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp Wasabi Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Low-Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Mix thawed peas, chopped onions and seasoned salt in medium mixing bowl. Add Wasabi and Low-Fat mayonnaise and vinegar together in measuring cup or separate bowl, whisk to mix thoroughly. Add to Pea mixture and mix until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until time to serve.
