RICHMOND, Va. - The Richmond-Based Jazz Band, “Cloud 9” shared their musical talents on our LIVE Show to promote the 5th Annual “Jazz Inside Out” Fundraiser. Proceeds from the event will go towards scholarships for at-risk students in our community. “Cloud 9” and “Quintessential Jazz” will be the featured groups during the evening.
