VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Police investigating the death of a 20-year-old Old Dominion University student have released a composite sketch of a person of interest in the fatal shooting.
Darren Campbell, of Chesterfield, was shot and killed during an April 24 house party in Virginia Beach.
“This person of interest is a black male with a light to medium complexion; he is in his early 20’s, stands approximately 5’10”-5’11” tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds,” a Virginia Beach Police spokesperson said. “He has/had a thin goatee and mustache as well as a low cut haircut. He has/had gold fronts on the top of his teeth.”
Detectives said several party goers were from the Richmond area.
