These restaurants are donating money to help Richmond schools

RICHMOND, Va. — In an effort to improve Richmond Public Schools, a group known as Building a Better RPS has teamed with several Richmond restaurants in an effort to raise money.

The weekend of June 10 – 12, the following restaurants will donate up to 10 percent of sales to the group which will use the money to fund beautification projects at each and every city school, according to organizer Scott Garnett.

Here is the list of restaurants, which is subject to change:

Building a Better RPS is a community-based effort to bring change to the Richmond Public Schools thru projects, fundraising and support of students and teachers.
