RICHMOND, Va. — A wreck is causing major delays along I-95 south in Richmond Friday afternoon.
VDOT said a crash has closed the interstate’s right lane and shoulder two miles south of Maury Street (mile marker 71).
As of 3:40 p.m., traffic was backed up five miles.
Drivers are warned to expect delays.
