CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — An overturned semi has shutdown the ramp from southbound Chippenham Parkway to eastbound Midlothian Turnpike (Route 60) Thursday afternoon.
VDOT warned drivers to use an alternate route and expect delays.
