HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- If you notice an increased law enforcement presence near Broad Street in Henrico County, police tell CBS 6 there is currently a military training exercise in the area.
CBS 6 has received numerous calls and messages from concerned viewers regarding military helicopters flying over the area. Viewers said they spotted the military presence near Broad Street, and Skipwith and Parham Roads.
The calls began just after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday May, 25, 2016.
Police said there is no need for concern, but did not say how long the military operation with be in the area.
