Gunman robs Chesterfield convenience store

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Chesterfield Police are searching for the man they say robbed a gas station at gun point.

Officers responded to reports a robbery at the APlus convenience store in the 100 block of Browns Way.

According to investigators a man walked into the store just before 5 a.m. Sunday, pulled a handgun on the clerk and demanded money.

The crook, police said, took money from the register and then ran off.

The robber was described as a white male around 30-year-old, 130 pounds, 5′ 7″ wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt, jeans and grey shoes.
