Country Music Star Keith Urban joins “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Thursday and chats about his hilarious ‘Throwback Thursday’ photo.
He also reveals he and wife, Nicole Kidman, are coming up on their 10 year anniversary and will celebrate in Boston while Keith is on tour.
Keith On Anniversary in Boston…
Ellen: You are so sweet. I mean, it’s so obvious how much you love her. You said recently that your life didn’t begin until you met her.
Keith: No because someone asked me if it was life changing meeting her. And I said, I think it was more like it was like beginning for me. I feel like I spent all the years leading up to that preparing. I didn’t know I was, but that’s what it seems like in hind sight.
Ellen: Yeah. It’s really an amazing relationship. And it’s a 10 year anniversary coming up?
Keith: Yes.
Ellen: And you’ll do something really romantic.
Keith: Of course.
Ellen: What will it be.
Keith: I can’t tell you.
Ellen: I can tell you. I know you’re working that night.
Keith: I’m performing in Boston of course that night.
Ellen: Why would you book yourself on your 10th anniversary?
Keith: It’s Boston! Ya know, it’s been.
Ellen: You got to!
Keith: The tour was laid out. And I said, ya know I can’t work on our Anniversary and Nic said what if I come up to Boston and we’ll celebrate it together. And I said fantastic. So that’s what we decided to do.
Ellen: That’s wonderful. you’ll do something romantic there.
Ellen: I love Boston.
Keith: Yeah. We do too.
Ellen: Yeah, it’s a wonderful city.
