RICHMOND, Va. -- Big traffic back ups were reported Friday morning along Interstate 95 south in downtown Richmond.
"All lanes have reopened. The backup is now 5 miles. Continue to expect residual delays," VDOT advised at 8 a.m.
Earlier, the two right lanes were closed near Belvidere St. (mm 76) due to a crash, according to VDOT.
Also, high water is slowing traffic on I-95 North at mile marker 77.5 in downtown Richmond. The high water is in the left lane, according to VDOT.
