CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Police are looking to identify and locate a man and woman wanted for a convenience store robbery in Chesterfield County.
The incident happened at an Exxon gas station, located at 2708 Buford Road, at around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, May 1.
Investigators said the female suspect entered the business and talked to the clerk for a short time. The woman then exited the store and entered the driver’s side of a dark-colored Hyundai.
Then, a male suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the register. Upon receiving cash from the clerk, the suspect left the store and entered the passenger side of the dark-colored Hyundai driven by the female suspect and fled the scene.
No one was injured during the robbery.
The female suspect is described as a white female, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. She has brown hair and was wearing glasses. She was also wearing a dark-colored shirt, a dark-colored jacket, light-colored pants and pink shoes.
The male suspect is described as a black male, 22 to 30 years old and about 5 feet 8 inches tall with an average build. He had a beard and was wearing a red hat. He was dressed in all black and carrying a backpack.
