RICHMOND, Va - The Junior League of Richmond book and author dinner is one of the oldest events of its kind in America. The 71st edition is set for Tuesday, May 3rd featuring contemporary authors, including Journalists Leslie Stahl and Cokie Roberts, Laura Lippman, Floyd Cardoz, and Virginia's Former Governor L. Douglas Wilder. Virginia Based writer, Kathleen Grissom who is part of the line up stopped by to talk about her new novel, “Glory Over Everything.” The luncheon begins at 12:30pm at the Country Club of Virginia. The Dinner begins at 7pm at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
