RICHMOND, Va. -- Video shows a scary scene on the Powhite Parkway as an out-of-control driver speeds ahead of drivers Saturday.

Dave Saunders captured video of the driver of an SUV slamming into the jersey wall. The driver keeps going even with flat tires.

"After the driver hit the wall and regained control of the car, he actually sped up and probably was hitting speeds over 90 miles an hour," Saunders wrote. "That's why the car disappeared so quickly on the video. Just before the southside toll plaza, the car swerved across four lanes of traffic and exited on Forest Hill Avenue. It was one of the wildest things I've ever seen."

Saunders, who was traveling with his son's 8th grade basketball team Saturday, said when he called 911, the dispatcher informed him she had received several calls about this driver.

At this point there has been no word what caused the driver's erratic behavior.
