The Jones family said the questions they asked administrators at Woodside were largely left unanswered.

A school spokesperson told WTKR the school system could not comment on whether bullying complaints were filed since those complaints were often  done through an anonymously hotline.

The school system told the Jones family an investigation was ongoing.

The family has set up an online fundraising website to help with funeral expenses.
