CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Chesterfield County firefighters are on the scene battling a brush fire near 400 block of Hickory Road in the southern part of Chesterfield County.
This is one of several fires reported around metro Richmond Monday as temperatures reached 86 degrees.
Warm temperatures, high winds, and low humidity, are a few on the factors that have led to an increase in brush fires Monday.
