CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A little boy got an amazing surprise at his Chesterfield County home Saturday afternoon.

Five-year-old Christopher Carmody, who is undergoing treatment for leukemia, received a custom-built playset for his backyard.

The special ceremony was captured on video and folks in the crowd cheered and applauded as Christopher saw the playset for the first time.

"Let's go play!" someone in the crowd shouted.

The set was assembled by the Roc Solid Foundation, a non-profit that builds playsets and remodels the bedrooms of children battling cancer.

The playset was donated by TowneBank Richmond.
