SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — Police are looking for a mother-daughter crime duo accused of terrorizing a community.

They say the daughter, a woman in her 30s, went up to their victim on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs claiming her mother, a woman in her 50s, needed medical help and was in a vehicle.

When the victim went to help, WGCL reportsthe older woman took out a gun.

Police said the victim was kidnapped, robbed then dropped off several blocks away.

“I thought I was going to die” said the victim, a single mother who asked not to be identified.

Investigators are requesting tips from the public to find the suspects. They’re believed to be driving a silver or gray four-dour Honda sedan.

Investigators fear the crime duo is targeting immigrant communities where crimes often go unreported.
