RICHMOND, Va. -- A long-rumored announcement is expected Thursday from embattled politician Joe Morrissey.
Morrissey will be making an announcement about the 2016 Richmond mayoral race at the Satellite Lounge restaurant in South Richmond at 5:30 p.m.
Sources have told WTVR CBS 6 News that he is expected to enter the race.
