GREENSBORO, N.C. — The North Carolina farm owned by NASCAR’s Kyle Petty and his ex-wife Pattie Petty is now up for sale.

According to Berkshire Hathaway, the $5.5 million property is located in Trinity, just 15 miles outside of Greensboro.

The nearly 400-acre farm includes a lakefront home with four bedrooms and four and a half baths, a two-car garage, and lake views from every room.

In addition, the property has three gated entrances, a waterfront stone pergola and a covered bridge. The Adaumont Farm still serves a site for weddings.

Kyle and Pattie split in 2012 after 33 years of marriage, according to Sporting News. Kyle Petty married Morgan Castano, the executive director of the Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America, in 2015.
