ORLANDO — They say Walt Disney World is the happiest place on earth, but one New York wife didn’t get that memo. The result is a viral meme that has hit the internet by storm.

Jordan Alexander is the woman in the now infamous picture dubbed ‘the Angry Splash Lady.’ The picture shows Alexander taking out her anger on her husband while riding Splash Mountain at the Orlando theme park.

In addition to the anger of her face, she was looking directly at the camera with her arms folded when the picture was taken.

Jordan’s husband Steven Alexander said it was all his fault.

After a long tiring day in the theme park, Steven told his wife Jordan he was too fatigued to go on one more ride.

“Splash Mountain’s my favorite ride. He is not a ride’s guy, but he promised me,” Jordan Alexander told Inside Edition.

“I was tired,” he told syracuse.com. “I didn’t have it in me.”

When Jordan got off the ride she gave Steven a little present to let him know exactly how she felt.

“I thought it would kind of be funny if my husband had a memento of how mad he made me,” Jordan said. “I practiced my face the whole ride. I wanted to get it right but I didn’t have a mirror, so I just had to frown my brow, make a face, and just hope for the best.”

Steven posted the picture on Reddit and Imgur with the headline “I wouldn’t go on Splash Mountain with my wife.”

That wasn’t all.
