RICHMOND, Va - Faith Hecht and Jacki Quinlan stopped by the studio to spread the word about Kids Run RVA and the Virginia529 Kids Run, a one-mile event for kids ages 5-12 that takes place the morning of The Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k. Kids Run RVA is a Sports BAckers' non-profit program that promotes physical activity to youth across the Richmond region and encourages more kids to get moving more often. Currently there are over 50 run clubs in action. Kids Run RVA run clubs meet before and after school at area elementary, middle, and high schools and in communities around the region.
