CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Jesse Matthew Jr., the former cab driver accused of killing two Virginia college students, has pleaded guilty to both murders as part of a plea deal, prosecutors said Wednesday. Under the deal, Matthew will serve four consecutive life sentences.
