HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A Henrico woman is in jail accused of shoplifting from an area Target store.
Investigators said Shoteece Carter was charged with two counts of grand larceny as well as fraud.
She is accused of stealing from the Target at the White Oak Mall earlier this month.
A court date was set for April.
