CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. — A person has been charged with reckless driving after their tractor-trailer overturned on I-95 in Caroline County Saturday morning.
The crash occurred a little before 10:30 a.m. at exit 104 on the ramp from Route 207. The truck was carrying about 30,000 pounds of canned goods.
No hazmat spills were reported.
The driver sustained minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital.
The ramp was closed until around 1 p.m.
