RICHMOND, Va. -- Police arrested a Richmond man Saturday morning in connection with an arson that occurred last summer.
Police have charged 22-year-old Brandon S. Brown with arson and attempted murder after he reportedly locked a woman inside a room of an apartment on the 1400 block of Clarkson Road and set the building on fire in August of last year.
The woman managed to escape the building without injury.
