RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to locate a man, wanted for the shooting death of a Richmond man Monday morning in the Ginter Park neighborhood. The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force is also assisting in the search.
Police are searching for Miquel D. Olivis, 24, of Henrico. He is described as a black male, who is 5-foot-10-inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Olivis is wanted on charges of first-degree murder of Nathaniel A. Bullock, 26, of the 3000 block of Chamberlayne Avenue. He is also wanted on charges of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in Richmond and outstanding warrants from Henrico County.

Olivis is considered armed and dangerous. Detectives urge citizens to call 911 if they see him and stress that he should not be approached.

Chamberlayne Avenue Homicide
Nathaniel Bullock, a 26-year-old Army Reservist and father, was killed Monday morning in the parking lot outside The Flats at Ginter Park apartments in Richmond.
Police were called to the area a little after 7 a.m., Richmond Police Chief Alfred Durham told reporters at the homicide scene. Witnesses, he said, reported an argument prior to the shooting.
Bullock was shot in the head, police said. Multiple witnesses told police they heard a loud argument followed by several gunshots.
Family members believed a domestic dispute led to shooting.
