RICHMOND, Va. -- A woman contacted the CBS 6 Problem Solvers Monday, and said her road was cleared, but she couldn’t dig a path alone to get her car out.

"I woke up this morning with a load on my heart with all this snow and I said, Jesus how am I going to get out of all this snow? So I said I’m going to call channel 6,” said Virginia Williams.

Reporter Rob Desir found some gentleman out shoveling in Virginia’s neighborhood who were willing to help him shovel Virginia’s driveway.

"We talked to them and they said they'd be glad to do it and get you out of this mess that you're in,” Desir told Virginia.

"You tell me that that’s not a blessing for me; now I am able to get out and go see my sister who had a kidney transplant on June the first. I'm just blessed!” Virginia said.

It didn’t take too long for the group to clear out the mess, so Virginia could get out of her driveway.

"I don't know what else to say. But if you have a problem call channel six and they'll solve it for you,” she said with a smile.
