Man in Dallas Cowboys hoodie used large knife while robbing three Richmond stores, police say

RICHMOND, Va. -- Police are looking for a man who robbed three stores in six hours. The first robbery happened at the Nutall's Market in the 4000 block of MacArthur Avenue at around 4:45 Thursday afternoon. Then, at around 8:40 p.m., the man robbed the Valero in the 4400 block of West Broad Street.

The last store, the 7-Eleven in the 200 block of West Main Street, was robbed around 11:18 p.m.

In each robbery, the man walked in, pulled out a large knife and demanded money from the clerk. Police said the suspect may have fled in a gold-colored SUV, possibly a GMC Envoy or something similar.

The robber was described as a black male, six feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds. During the robberies, he wore glasses, a dark Cowboys hoodie, jeans, and a beanie. Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
