RICHMOND, Va. -- An overturned oil truck has closed Interstate 95 south in downtown Richmond.
"A tow truck was towing an oil truck when the oil truck (the towed vehicle) overturned," Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick said. "There are no injuries but there is a leak. Fire on scene. All lanes are closed at this time."

Drivers are experiencing "major delays" between Boulevard and Belvidere Street (mile marker 77) at this hour. The crash happened at about 11:25 a.m. This is a developing story.
