RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police say 50-year-old Andrew G. Adams III, who had been missing since Monday, was located Friday morning.
Adams was last seen Monday morning along the 1300 block of East Cary Street in Richmond’s Shockoe Slip.
Police described Adams as 5-foot-9-inch tall white male, weighing about 196 pounds with dark hair who may appear emotionally disturbed.
