RICHMOND, Va. -- It will be cloudy and damp this morning with areas of fog and drizzle. Much of today will be mainly cloudy, but some breaks are possible in spots. There will be the chance of a few scattered showers this afternoon, but the chance of rain will increase this evening.

Highs will range from the upper 40s/lower 50s northwest to the upper 50s/lower 60s southeast. The metro will be in the mid 50s.

Rain will spread across the area tonight through daybreak Sunday, with the best chance of steady rain in metro from around midnight through 5 a.m. Lows will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Wind speeds will increase overnight, but they will be light enough this evening for areas of fog to develop.
