RICHMOND, Va - Veterinarian Dr. Danielle Spencer-David returned to the Virginia This Morning studio with important information about diabetes in dogs. Canine diabetes occurs when a dog’s system either doesn’t produce enough insulin or the dog’s system is ineffective in utilizing the insulin it does produce.
