RICHMOND, Va. – Emergency crews responded after a woman on bicycle was struck in Scott’s Addition Wednesday afternoon.
It happened around 3:45 p.m. in the 3200 block of West Broad Street. That’s right in front of the WTVR CBS 6 studios.
An engineer working on the station’s roof said he heard screeching tires just before the woman was hit.
There has been no word on the victim’s condition, but she was transported to an area hospital.
