CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — After a Monday evening single-vehicle crash into a utility pole, all lanes are closed on Centralia Rd., between Remora Dr. and Shamrock Dr. Charges are pending for the driver and the crash is still under investigation.
The crash scene has been converted to a work zone to repair downed lines.
The roads are closed until future notice.
Drivers are encouraged to use the following posted detours:
- Eastbound: Take Centralia Road (Route 145) to Remora Drive (Route 3042) to Old Warson Road (Route 1905) to Shamrock Drive (Route 2004) back to Centralia Road east.
- Westbound: Take Centralia Road (Route 145) to Shamrock Dr (Route 2004) north to Old Warson Road (Route 1905) west to Remora Drive (Route 3042) south back to Centralia Road (Route 145) west.
