HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Police are working an accident involving a person on a bicycle and a car in Henrico County, according to witnesses. There was an active scene just after 11 p.m. at the intersection of Monument Avenue and Horsepen Road.
A WTVR CBS 6 crew on the scene captured photos of a bike on the ground and a sedan nearby.
There has been no word yet on the extent of the victim's injuries or the circumstances surrounding the accident.
