UPDATE: All lanes are now open. A mile backup remains. Expect residual delays. Police on scene said at least one person was taken to hospital. A tractor trailer driver pulled over to assist after the crash, but the truck was not involved in accident.
PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. — All lanes of I-295 north are closed near Route 460 (mile marker 3) in Prince George due to a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a car.
