RICHMOND, Va - Kim Conley, Executive Director of the James River Advisory Council, and Max Walraven, Parade of Lights Chairman, shared a preview of the 23rd Annual Parade of Lights event. With 20 boats participating this year, visitors can celebrate the spirit of the season watching twinkling light reflected across the James River at several viewing sites along the shoreline. The event is Saturday, December 12th from 6pm to 8pm. For more information visit www.jrac-va.org.
