FREDERICKSBURG, Va. -- Virginia State Police are looking for a man who hasn't been seen since jumping from a moving car Monday night on I-95.
It happened near the Route 3 exit in Fredericksburg around 7 p.m. Monday.
Officials said 26-year-old Freddy Gonzalez was running south in northbound lanes wearing a black UVa. t-shirt and red shorts with no shoes.
Because of the cold, wet weather and a medical condition - state police said they are concerned for the man's safety.
