High pressure, calm winds, clear skies and dry air allowed temperatures to drop into the 20s and lower 30s Sunday morning.

Richmond stayed above a record low, but temperatures were ten degrees below normal.  The low of 30° was also the coldest recorded since March.

Temperatures will not be as cold Monday morning, and then low temperatures will jump above normal for a few days.
