RICHMOND, Va. — A wreck on I-95 north heading into the city is backing up traffic Sunday afternoon.
VDOT reports the accident has closed the interstate’s northbound left lane and shoulder at mile marker 74. That’s the stretch of the interstate that crosses the James River heading into downtown.
As of 1:40 p.m., traffic was backed up about one mile.
