CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. -- A fatal crash closed Ladysmith Road in Caroline County Thursday morning. Two people were killed in the single-vehicle crash was reported at 7:18 a.m. near the intersection of Ladysmith Road and County Line Church Road, according to Virginia State Police.
