CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. — A tractor trailer spilled 20 to 30 gallons of fuel on Interstate 95 south in Caroline County, according to Virginia State Police. The right shoulder of I-95 south is closed at mile market 107 for clean-up. The big rig hit something in the road the ruptured its fuel tank, Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick said.

“At this time all lanes are open, everything is on the right shoulder, Fire Department is on scene and they have their Haz Mat/Clean up crew en route. Motorists are asked to be careful in the area,” he added.
