Martin’s alerts customers to voluntary recall of Kozy Shack pudding

CARLISLE, Pa. — MARTIN’S Food Markets has removed select Kozy Shack Indulgent Recipe pudding products from their stores, after a recent recall by the company.

Pudding maker Kozy Shack Enterprises recalled the products which may contain egg, an allergen that is not listed on the ingredient label.

These products are safe to consume for individuals who do not suffer from an egg allergy.

The following products are included in this recall:

  • Kozy Shack Indulgent Recipe Salted Caramel Pudding, 15 oz., UPC 7349109240, lot number 31908941 with a use by date of 11/30/2015
  • Kozy Shack Indulgent Recipe Vanilla Bean Pudding, 15 oz., UPC 7349109230, lot number 31908940 with a use by date of 11/30/2015

MARTIN’S encourages customers who have purchased the product to bring their purchase receipt to their store for a full refund.
